Gather and Revel offers clear and transparent pricing for all our yard game rentals. Below, you’ll find detailed information about our rental rates, delivery and pickup fees, and any additional costs. Yard Games

Prices are reflected for 48 hours of use of rentals, with delivery and pickup scheduled within the agreed rental period.

• One game: $45
• Two games: $85
• Three games: $120
  • Additional games are $35 each.

Delivery/Pickup

• For full service delivery and pickup, fees are based on the distance from 1131 5th St SW, Charlottesville, VA 22902, with pricing adjusted according to mileage:
  • Free under 10 miles
  • $20 11-20 miles
  • $30 21-30 miles
  • $40 31-40 miles
  • Contact us for mileage beyond 40

Client Discounts

• If you are referred to us from any of the following event planners, you will receive a 10% discount off the total amount.

Loss and Damage

In the event that loss or damage occurs, the following amounts will be invoiced:

• Major damage or total loss (beyond repair or missing): full replacement cost, based on the item’s value
• Excessive cleaning $25 per item
• Moderate damage (broken parts that are repairable): $25–$75 per item
